We’ll talk about ways for staff at all levels to participate, and help to develop a online “personality” for your institution.

Putting it All Together: Monitoring and Participating in Your Online Community Without Losing Your Mind
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll begin to develop a strategy for your organization’s online participation. Using a variety of tools, we’ll investigate ways in which you can keep tabs on all the content produced in your online community, and get to know a few methods for building better relationships with your digital patron base.
